We want you to love your purchase from Primalty. To ensure transparency, we’ve outlined our clear return and refund guidelines below.
30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. After 30 days, all sales are final.
Return Eligibility
To qualify, items must meet all of the following conditions:

Unopened, unused, and sealed in original packaging.

Must include all original inserts, gift packaging, promotional materials, and proof of purchase.

Product must be in a resalable condition as determined at our sole discretion.

Return must be pre-authorized by contacting us at support@tryprimalty.com. Unauthorized returns are automatically rejected.
Shipping Responsibility
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (wrong item or defective product). Items must be shipped using a trackable method with proof of delivery.

Items damaged due to improper handling or storage after delivery
Damaged / Incorrect Orders
We require notification within 48 hours of delivery with photo/video evidence of the product and packaging. Claims outside this window cannot be honored.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way is to initiate a return (if eligible) and place a new order separately.
EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If shipped to the EU, you may cancel your order within 14 days of receipt, provided the item remains unopened, sealed, and in original packaging.
Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you with the decision.

If approved, refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Any shipping fees, handling charges, or applied discounts are non-refundable.

Items returned that do not meet the criteria above will not be refunded and may be disposed of for safety reasons.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, contact us at support@tryprimalty.com.
